Swiss Couple v. Municipality (Timeliness of Appeal)
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a legal dispute between two individuals and a municipal authority regarding the use of the basement of their villa. The individuals previously filed a complaint against a municipal decision, which was partially upheld by the Administrative Court of the canton of Vaud. Following the court's ruling, they attempted to file a public law appeal, but it was determined that their appeal was submitted late, thus making it inadmissible. The deadline for filing the appeal began after the notification of the court's decision, and the individuals missed this deadline by submitting their appeal after the expiration of the designated period.
