The case involves an individual who filed a public law appeal against a decision made by the administrative tribunal of a Swiss canton, which had confirmed the revocation of their driver's license by the cantonal automobile and navigation service. The individual submitted the appeal to the Federal Tribunal but failed to pay the required advance fees by the stipulated deadlines despite being notified. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal ruled that the appeal was inadmissible due to the lack of payment of the advance fees and decided that the individual would bear the costs associated with the case.

Arrêt du 20 avril 2007

Ire Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Féraud, Président.

Greffier: M. Jomini.

Parties

A.________,

recourant,

contre
