KI-generiert

The case involves an administrative appeal regarding the refusal of construction authorization in an agricultural zone, related to a building transformation that had already been executed, resulting in the creation of a housing unit. The appellant, a property owner, sought to overturn the decisions made by the local municipality and a departmental authority, which were subsequently upheld by the administrative tribunal. However, the appellant withdrew the appeal before the higher court could render a decision, leading to the case being removed from the court's agenda. A court fee was imposed on the appellant, while the public authorities involved were not entitled to recover any costs.
