Complaint Against Federal Administrative Tribunal for Procedural Delay Dismissed by Federal Supreme Court
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a complainant represented by an attorney filed a denunciation for denial of justice against the Swiss Federal Administrative Court (TAF) in relation to case F-1367/2019. The complainant requested the Swiss Federal Tribunal to acknowledge a violation of the principle of expediency and to order the TAF to render its judgment without delay. The denunciation alleged that there was unjustified delay in the proceedings. In response, the TAF provided a summary of the procedural steps taken so far, indicating that a public hearing had been scheduled and that there were no inactive periods that would violate the expediency principle. The Swiss Federal Tribunal, acting as the administrative oversight authority, assessed whether there was an underlying structural or administrative issue causing a delay but found no evidence of such a problem in the process.

Objet
Dénonciation à l'autorité de surveillance (LTF);
