The Council of State declared the administrative cassation appeal inadmissible, ruling that the review of the Foreigners' Dispute Board's decision on case linkage falls within its sovereign discretion. The applicants sought to challenge the February 2017 ruling, but the court determined it lacked authority to re-evaluate the lower body's procedural assessment. Consequently, the appeal was rejected, and the applicants were ordered to bear half of the 400 euro filing costs.
