Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

The Cour de cassation upheld the lower court's order for the state to provide natural repair for damages. The court held that while the administration retains its discretion, it must clearly identify the specific illegal act and define the scope of remedial measures to avoid reasonable doubt. This ensures the victim's rights are fully restored without the court overstepping into the executive's domain of appreciation.
