Court holds telecom operator must provide free limited service during minimum period before full disconnection.
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe Cour de cassation upheld the conclusion that an end-user is not obligated to pay subscription fees during the minimum service period. The operator argued for immediate disconnection upon non-payment, but the court found the statutory provision requiring a free limited service phase mandatory. Consequently, the court ruled that the operator must provide this service before cutting the connection entirely.
