Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

The court ruled that Saturdays where a full-time employee is not required to work do not constitute interruptions attributable to the employee under Article 14 of the 1974 Royal Decree. Although the six-day work week is standard and other staff may work on Saturdays, the specific non-working days for this employee are classified as non-habitually worked days. Consequently, the employer is not liable for these specific days as interruptions, distinguishing them from regular non-working days.
