De in artikel 3, 1°, Uitvoeringsbesluit RSZ-wet bepaalde voorwaarden

kunnen worden beschouwd als voorwaarden die het mogelijk maken de arbeidsbetrekkingen

tussen personen die, in hoedanigheid van lasthebbers en tegen een ander

loon dan kost en inwoning, hun voornaamste bedrijvigheid wijden aan het

dagelijks beheer of dagelijkse leiding van in die bepaling bedoelde verenigingen

en organisaties, gelijk te stellen met die van een arbeidsovereenkomst;

door de toepassing van de RSZ-wet uit te breiden tot de personen die onder

dergelijke voorwaarden het dagelijks beheer of dagelijkse leiding uitoefenen

over die verenigingen en organisaties, is de Koning de bevoegdheden die

Hem zijn toegekend bij artikel 2, § 1, 1°, RSZ-wet, niet te buiten gegaan.
