De interpretatieregel opgenomen in de eerste zin van regel 3, a), op grond

waarvan de post met de meest specifieke omschrijving voorrang heeft boven

posten met een meer algemene strekking, is van toepassing op alle goederen

die vatbaar zijn voor indeling onder twee of meer posten, en dus niet

uitsluitend op mengsels, samengestelde werken of goederen opgemaakt in

stellen of assortimenten; dat de tweede zin van regel 3, a) bijkomend

bepaalt dat die verschillende posten als even specifiek worden aangemerkt

wanneer het gaat om een mengsel, samengesteld werk, stel of assortiment

waarvan telkens een gedeelte van de samenstellende stoffen, bestanddelen

of artikelen in twee of meer afzonderlijke posten kan worden ingedeeld,
