Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

The Court of Cassation ruled that an automatic garage door opener qualifies as a prosthetic device under Belgian work injury legislation. The plaintiff argued the device was necessary to replace lost limb function, while the opposing party contended it was merely a convenience item. The court rejected the limitation argument, establishing that such devices fall within the statutory definition of prosthetics required for functional support.

Fiche 1

hem wel heeft opgedragen de toekenningsvoorwaarden ervan te preciseren;

(1) Zie concl. OM.
