Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

The Court of Cassation dismissed the taxpayer's appeal regarding the deduction of maintenance payments from taxable income. The taxpayer argued for an 80% deduction based on a statutory obligation existing at the time of payment, despite later discovering the obligation was invalid. The court ruled that the right to deduct depends on the legal status at the moment of payment, not subsequent retroactive findings of non-obligation.

Fiche 1
